Capoeira is a holistic and dynamic martial art that comprises of kicks, palm and elbow strikes, takedowns, and throws. It develops great stamina, strength, agility, and flexibility, whilst improving one’s body and mental capabilities.
Capoeira is a great complement to a variety of combat and self-defence systems, including those doing Mixed Martial Arts.
